The Tunic Dress has just been added to the FaridasPassions Oriental Chic Collection and is an outcome of FaridasPassions and Reem Shaheen's creative sessions (click here to view the sketch of the session). The tunic's modern look mixed with a traditional Egyptian Galabia design, deep square pockets and luxurious hand-woven fabrics make this a unique and timeless garment. Reem truly produced an extraordinary dress.

Sizes: Select your size at the top of the page. For example one size is Bust '84cm-88cm'; this means that the dress is ideal for a women who has a bust that measures between 84 and 88cm (this is the all around circumference of the women's bust; the fullest part of the bust). Hence, if your bust all around circumference measures 86cm you select the size 84cm-88cm. If you need any particular details (like the actual measurements of the garment) please contact us. Features:

- Handmade with pure/authentic Egyptian hand woven Jacquard and Shahi Fabrics with Motifs

- Chest area adorned with Shahi fabric

- Foldable Sleeves with button; can be worn loose or folded. Adorned with Shahi fabric.

- Side Opening with button to adjust the level of the opening (if you want to show less leg simply button up). The interior of the side openings is elegantly adorned with Shahi fabric as well.

- Empire waist with the skirt part that drapes beautifully

- Attached Belt. Tie it loosely or tie it strongly depending on the look you want. Made with Shahi Fabric.

- Large side Pockets. Adroned in Shahi Fabric.

The Tunic Dress is made of two particular high quality Egyptian Hand-woven fabrics; Black coloured Cotton and Silk Jacquard Fabric and the enchanting mutlicoloured Shahi Fabric. The fabrics are hand woven in Egypt using a traditional weaving method and a basic old fashioned wooden weaving board. The soft Jacquard Fabric has a very unique texture with small quadrilateral motifs sewn into the hand woven fabric. The Colour: It is in the nature of these hand woven fabrics to emit different colours. The main colour is black but it is not a plain black. The soft and shiny Black fabric emits different shades of Black, while the shiny Shahi fabric's colours include Gold, Shades of Green, Yellow and Red.

Washing Instructions: Best if use Dry Cleaning. Please take extra care when handling the Shahi fabric.
