All packages are despatched via reliable Delivery Services straight to your doorsteps. Delivery Methods used: by FedEx, EMS, Parcel Force, Royal Mail or UPS.
In some cases, for security reasons, we will ask you to confirm your delivery address.
If you are in a hurry to receive your package you should e-mail us before placing an order to know by when you would receive the package. We do our best to dispatch as soon as possible but please do not expect to receive your package by a certain day without getting confirmation from us first. We can not offer next day delivery.
What happens if I am not at the delivery address?
If you are not at the delivery address at the time the package is delivered the delivery man could leave a note. Please follow the instructions on this note immediately in order to collect your package. However, the delivery man will also attempt to deliver the package more than once. The delivery company may also attempt to contact you via phone. It is for this reason that we ask for your correct contact phone number(s) when completing payment.
If you do not pick up the package then the package will return to us. If the package returns to us we can usually send the package back to your address but you will have to pay the shipping costs. The exact shipping cost will be e-mailed to you if and when the package comes back to us. In some cases we will wave this shipping cost. This depends on the total amount you initially paid.
Please note that your order may be subject to import duties or customs charges once your package reaches your country. It is your responsibility to pay for these charges. We can not pay these charges for you and we will not bill you for such charges when you place your order. It is up to you to pay any required customs charges (that your country may require you to pay) in order for you to receive your package.
Not satisfied with your product: Customer Satisfaction is a top priority of ours. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please email us emphasizing for what reason you are not satisfied with your purchase and wait for our reply. Return the item(s) within 7 days from the day we reply to your e-mail. Item(s) must be in original condition, unless faulty, and packaging if not defective to be returned. You may exchange the item(s) for any other product(s) of the same price or less. If the item(s) get lost in the post this is not our responsibility. We suggest you use a reliable delivery service that allows you to track the returning package.
Partial Refunds: Partial Refunds are possible. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you must Contact Us emphasizing for what reason you are not satisfied and wait for our reply. If we find your reason acceptable then we will issue a partial refund that will depend on the initial total amount you paid (the use of discount coupons will effect the final partial refund amount). We do not issue full Refunds on any delivered packages. Receiving a Partial Refund means you keep the items and get a percentage of the total money you paid back.
Full Refunds: All payments are final. No money refunds are made unless the product(s) have not been dispatched. Please note PayPal fees are refundable only within 60 days from the day you complete payment. If the 60 days pass and you qualify for a refund please note that we will deduct between 0.05% and 1% of the total you initially paid, depending on the amount, and refund you the rest.
