Understanding the Measurements of the Oriental Chic Products that are ready and in stock:

The Oriental Chic Products that are in stock and ready to be despatched will have Drop Down Lists with measurements for you to choose from. To understand these measurements please read below. If you need help please contact us.

Length of Product = Actual Length of the product. Measured from the top (from the side of the products collar - where your shoulder would fit - up to the bottom of the product)

Chest Area of Product = Actual Circumference of the product at the Chest Area level; i.e. the all around circumference at this area. This is the circumference of the product starting from right under the beginning of the sleeve. Consider that the 'Chest Area of Product' is the measurement you have to match to your Bust. We suggest you always select a 'Chest Area of Product' that is larger than your actual Bust area of at least 8cm to 10 cm.

Hunch Area of Product = Actual Circumference of the product at the hunch (hip) area level; i.e. the all around circumference of this area. Not all products will have this measurement.

Helping you Decide:

- Measure your Length from base of neck (slide a bit down from the neck moving towards your shoulder) to floor. Get a piece of adhesive tape and a ruler or short stick. Stand straight against the wall and place the ruler/stick horizontally on top of base of neck. Stick the adhesive tape at the point where the ruler/sitck reaches the wall. Now measure the distance from the tape to the floor. This is your length. Match this length to the most appropriate available 'Length of Product' in the drop down lists on the product pages. If you wish for the garment to reach the floor even when wearing shoes/sandals with heels then: please wear the shoes/sandals, take the Length measurement as explained above and finaly match this length to the most appropriate available 'Length of Product'.

- Measure your actual all around Bust Circumference (this is not the Chest). Measure the widest area of your Bust. 

Select a 'Chest Area of Product' measurement (from the Drop Down List in a product page) that is larger than your actual Bust Circumference. For example if your actual Bust (all around circumference) measures 95 cm at the widest area then you should select a measurement that states 'Chest Area of Product = 1.05cm' or 1.08cm or more.
The more extra centimetres you allow the more comfortable and loose the fit.
Depending on your preference you should always add a minimum of 8cm, 10cm or 15cm to your actual Chest measurement and then select the appropriate 'Chest Area of Product' measurement from the Drop Down List.
