Please understand that we can not process your order until you submit your measurements in centimeters. Below you will find instructions on how to take your measurements, examples of pictures that we recommend you submit and information about delivery time! We kindly ask you to read this page in full, it will answer all your questions in regards ordering Indian Shoes or Slippers. 

NOTE: On the product's page you will need to fill in the following (*required):

-*Length of Foot: ? cm

-Circumference of the widest area (around the top/front middle part) of your foot: ? cm
Keep foot flat on ground. Place the measuring tape under the widest area of your foot and wrap the measuring tape at this area around the foot. Take the measurement)

HOW TO TAKE YOUR FOOT MEASUREMENTS:

Getting the size right: We aim to do our best to deliver the right size.
Handmade Authentic Indian Shoes/Slipper sizes (stated on the shoes or slippers) do not always match standard UK, US or other European Sizes.

Please measure your foot in centimeter. Be sure to take your measurement on a hard surface, as a carpet will give you an inaccurate reading. Measure your foot in the afternoon, when feet tend to be their largest.

----- Take the measurement three times to ensure an accurate reading:

• Stand straight on a hard surface and put all your weight on your foot.
• Lay out a ruler or tape and line up your heel exactly with the zero mark.
• Measure the length from your largest (longest) toe to the end of your heel in centimeters.
• Do the same thing with the width (the widest area).
• Measure your foot Length and Width as illustrated in the picture below (If you can not bend and also want a more accurate measurement then put all your weight on your foot, remain standing and let someone else measure your foot):



• Recommended: Trace (just as in the picture below) your foot on a piece of paper, mark the length, width and circumference in centimeters on the peace of paper, upload and submit the picture of your trace using the form on the product's page. This trace will provide us with the most accurate representation of your size and greatly diminish the chances of sending you a size that does not fit you well.




• Below you can find examples of the type of pictures that will help us. A picture with a 'birds eye view' and a picture with a 'side view' of your foot will help very much. The more pictures the better. You may upload and submit the pictures using the form on the product's page.

After submitting your order along with measurement and picture(s), for security we will request that you double check the measurements you sent us. Once you confirm that they are right we will email you a Final Order Confirmation and start processing your order.

DELIVERY TIME:

The package will reach your address within 15 working days after you receive a Final Order Confirmation. If it takes more or less time we will let you know. The package will be sent via FedEx International Airmail.
