Exchange Information for Indian Shoes and Slippers

These Exchange terms apply only in the case you purchased Indian Shoes or Slippers.

Please remember that the more you walk/use them the more the shoes or slippers mould/stretch to fit the shape of your feet better. Give it some time. One of the ways you can speed up the 'break in' process is by wearing a thick pair of socks (or two).

We welcome exchanges under the following conditions:

Email faridaspassions@hotmail.com requesting an exchange (email Subject: 'Exchange Request'). In this email please state which part did not fit you the most – the width or the length or both. The more information and pictures the better. For security reasons we may ask you to take a picture of the shoe and your feet and email them to us. The pictures will also help you to visually show us where exactly they do not fit well.
 
We will then review your 'Exchange Request' and email you the return address. Any shoes or slippers returned without prior mutual agreement -via email- will not be exchanged.

We can exchange the shoes/slippers only if they return in original condition and within the 14 days starting from the day you receive our email reply with the return address. We can not guarantee an exchange if the shoes/slippers return after 14 days have passed.

Please send the shoes back via registered signed-for delivery; this will allow you to track the shoes and know when and if we have received them. Delivery costs for sending the shoes back to us are the buyers responsibility. We are not to be held responsible in the case of loss or damage of the package.

We will incur the costs of sending the exchange shoes/slippers to your address again via FedEx.

ABOUT DELIVERY METHOD:

Use any delivery method that will allow you to track the package online. For Example FedEx, DHL, UPS (etc.) provide services that allow you to track the package online.

For example those in the UK can use Royal Mail International Signed-For Delivery (click here to know more); this will allow you to track the package online. Royal Mail Airmail Delivery (click here to know more); this method is reliable but will not allow you to track the package online. We are not to be held responsible in the event that the package does not arrive.

If you use any method that does not provide you with a tracking number then, if necessary, you will need to track the package down with the help of the Post Office or Courier you used; this will not be our responsibility.

IN THE PACKAGE PLEASE INCLUDE:

- For security please take your measurements again. Trace your foot on a piece of paper, state your measurements on the piece of paper and include the piece of paper in the package.

- Include your Transaction Number (Order Number), Name and Delivery Address.
