NOTE: Please add all Oriental Chic products you wish to order to the Shopping Basket and complete your payment. After completing your payment you will be given an Order Number (Transaction Number). Keep this number in hand.

After completing your payment please take the 7 measurements as outlined in the 'Measurement Table' below. If you are purchasing Oriental Chic products that are to fit different individuals then please submit the measurements for each individual (7 measurements per individual).

CUSTOM MADE TO FIT -

When taking the measurements please do not add extra centimeters to your actual measurements. It is in the nature of these designs to already include extra space in the chest area (i.e. they come with an extra 10cm to 15cm depending on your actual measurements).

Make sure the tape measure is held firmly (not tightly) against your body and is always parallel to the floor for circumference measurements.

IF YOU WANT - INCLUDE SHOE/SANDAL HEELS: If you wish for the garment to reach the floor even when wearing shoes/sandals with heels then - please wear the shoes/sandals and then take the Length: i.e. measurement '4' in Measurement Table below.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE: Trust us, the time you wait is worth it! Your custom made Kaftan, Cloak, Tunic or Pyjama will be ready within 15 working days depending on the availability of the material (fabric). If it takes less or more we would let you know. Please be patient.

BAROQUE FABRIC: The only exception is for the products (e.g. kaftans with or without hood) made with Baroque fabric. The Baroque fabric is a very rare fabric. If the fabric is available it takes 15 working days to get the Kaftan ready. If the fabric is not available it may take between 15 to 30 days to get it in stock and then another 7 to get it ready. The availability of the Baroque Fabric will be stated next to the Baroque Fabric Type.

MEASUREMENTS TABLE:

1. Bust
Circumference/Area
(all around circumference of the widest area of your bust)

2. Waist Circumference

3. Circumference of Hunch. Also known as 'full hip (click here to view a picture of a MANIKIN that illustrates how to measure your hunch )

4. Length from base of neck (slide a bit down from the neck moving towards your shoulder) to floor. Stand straight against the wall, place the measuring tape at the base of the neck and make sure you pass the measuring tape over your full chest (front of body); continue to the floor. Do no take this measurement from the back. It is best if another person takes this measurement for you.

5. Arm Length
(start from the end of your Shoulder Bone and go up to your wrist; right below the end of your large thumb)

6. Shoulder Width
(from right Shoulder Bone to left Shoulder Bone)

7. Top Arm Circumference
(go to the highest part of your arm under your armpit. Measure the circumference of your arm at this point)

Measurements must be in centimeters.
