Apart from working for her, Reem makes sure that the women gain a clear set of skills in order to produce and sell on their own as well.

Through out the training classes and when designing something new Reem always keeps in mind that what is produced must respect and keep traditional techniques, colours, patterns or cultural symbols (in the form of embroidery) of the location from which the product comes from. By doing so not only do the women produce incredible products but they are also working to preserve their culture, environment and tradition.

Apart from being enchanting and mystical Al Arish (capital of North Sinai, Egypt) and the Siwa Oasis (an Oasis in Egypt) are internationally known for their traditional craftsmanship. Women in Siwa and Al Arish are known for their complex and beautiful handwork but little people know that these women are very often not available, not reliable and skilled only in the handwork not the details and quality of the final product produced.
