Terms and Conditions
We will treat all your Personal
Information as confidential. When you shop on this Website, we will
ask you to input and will collect Personal Information from you such
as your name, e-mail address, billing address, delivery address,
telephone number and product selections.
Although you will input your credit card details when completing an
order, we do not keep your credit card details on file.

transactions. PayPal keeps your credit card information highly

website (i.e. what web pages you visit on our website). Any use of your personal

you confirm that you do not and will not consider any of the above

discretion. You acknowledge and agree that, as you have chosen to
enter the linked website we are not responsible for any content or

The products available on this website may be produced by
FaridasPassions.com or bought by
FaridasPassions.com from different fashion houses, retailers and
manufacturers specifically selected for their rigorous standards and
quality. Our products are carefully selected within mind your
satisfaction.

or safe senders list to ensure future e-mail deliveries. If you do
not add these e-mails your inbox may block us and you may risk not
receiving Order Confirmations and other e-mails from us.
Payment
and Postage
Your
order (Price + Postage) must total a minimum of £12.00 GBP
(UNITED KINGDOM POUNDS or the equivalent to the currency you wish to
pay with). This means your
order total must be equal to or more than £12.00 GBP. If you have
any questions please e-mail us.
In some cases, especially when purchasing a 'Passion Package',
wholesale order or to complete payment for extra P&P costs - we may
send you a Paypal 'Money Request' e-mail.

Postage and
packaging (P&P):
While submitting an order from a
foreign country make sure you select the appropriate country from
the scrolling bar. Once you submit an order from a foreign country
you will receive an e-mail in regards to the P&P if the P&P stated
does not apply.
If their are any extra P&P costs to
be paid we most likely can not send your package out until you pay the specified
'Extra P&P costs'. You have 7 days from the day you place your first
payment to pay the extra P&P costs. In the case of eBay bidders
you have 7 days from the day the auction closes. After 7 days we
will still be waiting for you to complete the payment but we will
give despatch priority to the next customer.
If you do not confirm your delivery address we may not be able to send your
package.
In the case of eBay bidders you have 7 days
from the day the auction closed.
If you are in a hurry to
receive your package you should e-mail us before placing an order to know by
when you would receive the package.
We do our best to dispatch as soon as possible but please do not expect to
receive your package by a certain day without getting confirmation from us
first.
What happens if I am not at the
delivery address?
The package must be ‘Signed For’ upon
collection. If you are not at the delivery address at the time the
package is delivered the delivery man will leave a note. Please
follow the instructions on this note immediately in order to collect
your package. However, the delivery man will also attempt to deliver
the package more than once. The delivery company may also attempt to
contact you via phone. It is for this reason that we ask for your
correct contact phone number(s) when completing payment.
If you do not pick up the package then the package returns to us. If
the package returns to us we can usually send the package out again
only if you pay the postage costs again. This amount does not
correspond to the initial postage you have paid. This amount will
start at £13.00 GBP - the exact amount will be e-mailed to you
if and when the package comes back to us. In some cases we will wave
this amount. This depends on the total amount you initially paid.

If an order is not accepted or
despatched it may be
because of one of the following reasons:

Your failure to complete payment

Our inability to obtain
authorisation for your payment.

The product you ordered was not in
stock and a new stock will not arrive.

Technical issues

The identification of a pricing or
product description error.
Not satisfied with your product
Customer
Satisfaction is a top priority of ours. If for any reason you are
not satisfied with your purchase you must email
orders@faridaspassions.com emphasizing for what reason you are
not satisfied with your purchase and wait for our reply. Return the item(s)
within 7 days from the day we reply to your e-mail.
Item(s) must be in original condition,
unless faulty,
and packaging if not defective to be returned. We will then immediately exchange your item(s)
for any other product of the same price or less.
Refunds
(applicable only after you receive the
product)
In the case you demand a
refund you must email
orders@faridaspassions.com emphasizing for what reason you want
a refund and wait for our reply. Send the item back within 7 working
days from the day we reply to your e-mail. Any new P&P costs are a responsibility of the buyer.
Once we receive the item you will be refunded within 10 - 30 working days.
P&P costs will not be refunded.

Payments
All payments are final. No money
refunds are made.
However, in some cases after you place an order
you may receive an e-mail confirming your order but explaining that
the product(s) you ordered is/are sold out. If an item is sold out you may demand for a refund
or the sold out item may be replaced with another item or
items that add up to the same price you initially paid for the sold
out item.
PayPal fees
Please note PayPal fees are
refundable only within 60 days from the day you complete payment. If
the 60 days pass and you qualify for a refund please note that we
will deduct between 0.05% and 1% of the total you initially paid,
depending on the amount, and refund you the rest.

- Please bear in mind that when we
e-mail you your Passion Package bargain price/discount if you do not pay
within 2 days the products may no longer
be available and the bargain price/discount you received may become higher. The
more you wait to complete payment the more likely the products in
your Passion Package will be sold out.
We reserve
the right to:

Modify or withdraw, temporarily or
permanently, this Website (or any part thereof) with or without
notice to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you
or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the
Website; and/or

Change the Terms and Conditions
from time to time, and your continued use of the Website (or any
part thereof) following such change shall be deemed to be your
acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check
regularly to determine whether the Conditions have been changed.

the inappropriate behaviour of many internet users/buyers:
if at any time we find your
attitude inappropriate or threatening you will not receive any

from our website please do not expect any explanation as to why.
