Confirming your Foot Size:
After placing an Order we will e-mail you requesting you e-mail us your foot size in centimetres. This is mandatory.

Avoiding Exchanges...avoiding
extra costs:
Please remember that the more you walk/use them the more the shoe or slipper moulds/stretches to fit the shape of
your feet better. Give it some time.
Please make sure you e-mail
orders@faridaspassions.com your correct foot measurements in centimetres.

About Exchanges:
We welcome exchanges. Once you receive the shoes
or slippers if they do not fit you
please return them within 7 days from the day you receive them
and we will arrange for an exchange under the following
conditions:

You must e-mail
orders@faridaspassions.com
and then wait for us to e-mail you
back confirming that you may return the shoes for an exchange.
We will e-mail you the return address. We can exchange the shoe
only if it returns in its original condition. Any shoe returned
without prior mutual agreement -via email- will not be
exchanged. Please return the shoe within 7 days from the day you
receive the e-mail confirmation.
For security reasons we may ask you to take a picture
of the shoe and your feet and e-mail it to us.

Please send the shoes back via
registered signed-for delivery; this will allow you to track the shoes and
know when and if we have received them.

Delivery costs for sending
the shoes back to us are the buyers responsibility. Bear in mind
that this amount will usually exceed the amount you initially
paid for Postage &Packaging .

If you purchase a special offer
or the total you initially paid is less than £65.00 then in order for us to send the exchange shoes to your delivery address again - you will be charged £10.00 GBP
postage costs.

No Refunds on shoes
or slippers. Only under exceptional circumstances.
