WHAT HAPPENS WHEN WE ARE OUT OF STOCK?!

If a certain item is not in stock you may find the words 'Sold Out' next to the item picture.

If a product is out of stock  you will find a 'Note' displayed at the top of the page stating that any order will be considered a Pre-Order.

You may place an order for an item that is not in stock by clicking the 'Buy' button. We refer to such an order as a 'Pre-Order'.

To submit a Pre-Order simply follow the same procedure you would follow to place a normal order. We would automatically know if you are placing an order for an item that is not in stock.

After submitting your Pre-order you will receive an order confirmation and further information on your Pre-order by e-mail.

Please note that the time by which new stocks will be in hand will not necessarily be known at the time you place a pre-order. However, we will do our best to get the item(s) to you within 15 - 30 days.

In general and for your own piece of mind please accept that pre-orders take time. We kindly ask you to be patient. It is for this reason that we always suggest you order an item(s) that is not Sold Out if delivery time is of importance to you.

Please bear in mind that some times the same exact item(s) can not be produced again. If this is the case we will let you know and you may choose to replace the item(s) for another of the same price. We can not refund you before you receive an item(s).
